Nope! It’s built into your monthly cost. No hidden fees around here.
CUSTOMER SUPPORT
If I have a question on a weekend, when can I expect to hear back from my accountant?
We keep pretty traditional business hours. If you send an email on a weekend, expect to hear back early the following Monday. We don’t charge an hourly rate for communication, so ask all the questions you need.
